After family cuddles watch your little ones explore the natural world around them to get beautiful photos in an outdoor mini session against a backdrop of bluebells or autumn foliage; or see them enjoy having their photo taken with my fun games and no posing approach at a studio mini session.

Outdoor Mini SessionsEach season I'll be hosting outdoor portrait mini session days at beautiful meadow and woodland locations in Calcot and Tilehurst, near Reading.
Mini sessions are 20 minutes and suitable for small family groups including pets. Back to back mini sessions, subject to availability, are recommended for larger family groups to give you more time.
A variety of photos are taken for you to choose from approximately 7 to 14 days later. Ordering is via a password protected client area on my website.
A £25 session payment on booking is put towards your choice of digital photos, print packs or frames. Albums can be designed with photos from various mini sessions for a 'watch me grow' theme.

Studio Mini Sessions
Throughout the year I'll be hosting studio mini sessions at the Beansheaf Centre in Calcot, near Reading. School uniform and Christmas jumpers are popular outfit choices in October and November!
Mini sessions are 20 minutes and suitable for two adults with two or three children at any one time in front of my white background depending on their ages.
A variety of photos are taken for you to choose from approximately 7 to 14 days later. Ordering is via a password protected client area on my website.
A £25 session payment on booking is put towards your choice of digital photos, print packs or frames. Albums can be designed with photos from various mini sessions for a 'watch me grow' theme.

Ordering Photos
After your portrait session I spend time individually editing your photos to put together a lovely collection of images. They are uploaded to your own password protected page on my website for you to have a look through in the comfort of your own home.
There are a variety of albums, frames, canvas, prints and digital options available to choose from. Ordering and proofing is done online with advice by phone or email if desired. If you're local to Berkshire, home visit appointments can be arranged to view albums and wall display products before purchasing. All presentation options for displaying your photos are made in the UK. |

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if my child is ill?
|
I kindly request you don't attend if you are ill so as not to not pass on any germs to myself or other families. Please reschedule via the links in your Calendly booking confirmation to make the appointment available to another family.

What happens if my baby cries throughout?
|
Sessions are fun and anyone feeling a little under the weather due to teething, pollen etc may feel better having a good time, however if your child cries throughout your mini session and I'm unable to take any photos your session payment can be transferred to another appointment on a different day.
|
We've booked an outdoor session. What happens if it rains?
|
Our forecast frequently changes and often at the last minute! In the event of storms or torrential rain a decision is made by me at 8:30 am on session days as to whether all or some appointments that day need to be rescheduled due to bad weather.
If you are unable to make any of the rescheduled times offered you'll be refunded your session payment.

Is it possible to have a formal photo?
|
Yes of course. At the beginning of your session you'll be able to let me know your preferences.
|
How far in advance should we book?
|
Mini sessions are very popular and get booked up quickly once appointments have been released. You may join my priority list to receive first choice of dates and times.
My diary for exclusive portrait sessions opens approximately four weeks in advance.

When do we pay and what methods do you accept?
|
For mini sessions a payment of £25 through PayPal (account or debit/credit card) via Calendly secures your booking and is put towards your choice of photos taken. Purchasing of mini session photos takes place online approximately 10 days later with payment by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. If you are unable to pay via PayPal to book a mini session please contact me.
Full payment is required on booking for exclusive portrait sessions which includes all digital photos. Optional albums, frames, and prints can also be chosen and paid for after viewing your photos. Payment by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal (account or debit/credit card).
