Specialist in Fun Family Portraits

After graduating with a first class honours degree in Professional Photographic Imaging I spent several years capturing special memories for families at a portrait studio which had a focus on relationships and no posing. During my time there I was appointed Style Director which involved training photographers and assessing quality control of photography produced for our clients.

Diane photographed our wedding recently but she was so much more than that. She worked tirelessly to get every detail and everyone included, especially a less than compliant toddler.

My first wedding was photographed in 2009 after launching Diane Frazer Photography the previous year. Each time a couple choose me to capture their wedding it's an honour I accept with great responsibility and I'm delighted to have photographed over 200 weddings to date. Knowing all these couples are reflecting on their memories by enjoying the way I've creatively told a significant moment in their family history makes my role as photographer very rewarding.

Highlights of my career so far are winning South East Photographer of the Year at The English Wedding Awards in 2018 and 2022, and being a winner in the 2024 Hitched Awards. All votes were from past clients pleased with the photography and service they received.

I'm proud to be a recommended supplier for eight venues. Waterside venues are my favourite! I love the creative opportunities with reflections by rivers, lakes, ponds, and garden fountains. When I am not working, my camera is still in my hands! I enjoy going for walks with my husband by rivers, lakes and at the coast.

Wedding and Portrait Photographer Diane Frazer I’ve been photographing professionally since 2005 and love every moment. There are never two days the same with every wedding, portrait sitting and event all different in their own way allowing me to express my creativity whilst capturing exciting moments and provide memories to be relived for many years after. When I'm not working my camera is still in my hands! I enjoy going for walks with my husband on the Thames and South West Coast paths as well as capturing sunset on the north coast of Cornwall.

Prior to setting up my own business in 2008 I was Style Director of Photography at a portrait studio, photographing hundreds of families of all ages and training other photographers. I gained two awards for my portraiture work, competing against other photographers working for the franchise across the country.
