What happens if my child is ill?
I kindly request you don't attend if you are ill so as not to not pass on any germs to myself or other families. Please reschedule via the links in your Calendly booking confirmation to make the appointment available to another family.

What happens if my baby cries throughout?
Sessions are fun and anyone feeling a little under the weather due to teething, pollen etc may feel better having a good time, however if your child cries throughout your mini session and I'm unable to take any photos your session payment can be transferred to another appointment on a different day.

We've booked an outdoor session. What happens if it rains?
Our forecast frequently changes and often at the last minute! In the event of storms or torrential rain a decision is made by me at 8:30 am on session days as to whether all or some appointments that day need to be rescheduled due to bad weather.
If you are unable to make any of the rescheduled times offered you'll be refunded your session payment.

Is it possible to have a formal photo?
Yes of course. At the beginning of your session you'll be able to let me know your preferences.

How far in advance should we book?
Mini sessions are very popular and get booked up quickly once appointments have been released. You may join my priority list to receive first choice of dates and times.
My diary for exclusive portrait sessions opens approximately four weeks in advance.

When do we pay and what methods do you accept?
For mini sessions a payment of £25 through PayPal (account or debit/credit card) via Calendly secures your booking and is put towards your choice of photos taken. Purchasing of mini session photos takes place online approximately 10 days later with payment by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. If you are unable to pay via PayPal to book a mini session please contact me.
Full payment is required on booking for exclusive portrait sessions which includes all digital photos. Optional albums, frames, and prints can also be chosen and paid for after viewing your photos. Payment by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal (account or debit/credit card).
